Veltreux proudly delivers to customers across **all regions of Pakistan**. Whether you're in a major city or a smaller town, we strive to bring our premium fragrances right to your doorstep.

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure nationwide reach. In the rare event that a specific location is not serviceable, our customer support team will notify you promptly.

## 2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within **1–2 business days** after confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification via **email or WhatsApp** once your order is on its way.

## 3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- **Major cities:** 2–4 business days
- **Other locations:** 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier schedules or unforeseen circumstances, over which we have no control.

## 4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly shown at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.

## 5. Payment Method

We currently accept **Cash on Delivery (COD)** as our sole payment method. You are required to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

Refusing to accept a COD order without a valid reason (such as product damage or wrong item) may result in restricted access to future orders.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via WhatsApp or email to monitor your shipment's status.

## 7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Reshipment will require a new order.

## 8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your product arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within **3 days** of delivery with photo or video evidence. For lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and either reship or refund upon confirmation.
