Returns

Due to the hygienic and safety nature of perfumes, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived defective

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Return Process

To start a return request, please email our support team with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

Refunds

Once your return request has been approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products without original packaging
